How do I return an item?

RETURN POLICY
When order is received, it must be inspected within 7 days for any defective or damaged items.
All returns must be authorized by Raza Trade and given a Return Merchandise Authorization number, within 15 days from order date, before sending back. To do this, please contact by email
support@razatrade.com.

We do not accept returns for incorrect/wrong colors and incorrect /wrong sizes - please order samples, sample kits or swatch cards before making your purchase.

Please include the following information
  • Order #
  • Item to be returned, with SKU
  • Reason for the return

Once an authorization is made with Customer Support, you will receive a confirmation via email.

The merchandise has to be returned and received in our warehouse within 15 days of the RMA approval.

When sending merchandise back, the RMA # needs to be written on the outside of the returning package and the form must be included or this will delay the refund process.

Products must be in their original condition: bundled, unwashed, with original tags and in original packaging.

All returns are subject up to a 50% restocking fee.
Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
We will notify you by e-mail once your return has been processed.


Only the cost of the items will be refunded for returns. Returned merchandise lost or damaged in transit will be the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using an insured service with tracking information. In case the original packing slip or return form is lost, please contact customer support at support@razatrade.com for another copy.
